Printed and Kindle versions, (with a Special Edition Hardback coming soon,) can also be ordered via Amazon, but I'm aware that they don't tend to be the most ethical company in the world and many prefer not to use them. Ordering direct, therefore, cuts them out of the picture, and spells a better deal for me, helping to support me in my ongoing work!
